Prefix commands now discontinued

To comply with a new mandate Discord has released, prefix commands are being discontinued.

Discord has a set of rules for any bot that wants to utilize the Message Content intent. Any bot that has access to over 10,000 unique users is subject to these rules. Discord will not grant any bot this intent if they have prefix commands, whether they have a valid claim to the intent (e.g. AutoMod, tickets, etc) or not.

As of now, the only people who can run prefix commands are Ayios Developers, and this functionality completely will be removed when internal tools are released to easily manage Ayios.

Prefix commands will stop responding entirely when we finish Phase 2 of Ayios.
